How is this not fraud by ea?

So I have proof of purchase on an old f1 game and can't access it do to them yanking it off of all the stores. Which if you don't want people buying old games whatever. When you deny access to games that have been purchased you have committed fraud by tricking me into buying a game. Reason why it's fraud is I was made to believe I would be able to play whenever I wanted to play it. Making it detrimental to me by wasting my money.
