Join our discussion event on Climate Change!

Everyone knows about climate change by now, but the exact consequences of rising temperatures are still unpredictable. While there are promising approaches, the issue is highly politicised and the benefits of many popular initiatives are questionable. And what is the potential of new approaches yet to come? Do we even have enough time?

We will look at three different approaches to tackling climate change: technological, environmental and political/economic. Let's explore the issue together and get a clearer picture of how to tackle it effectively.D

We will meet next Wednesday (June 14th) at 7:30 p.m., in Philosophenweg 12 (Physics Institute, Neuenheim), room 106, (1st floor).

Of course, as always, there will also be room to discuss general topics related to effective altruism, to socialise and to have a good time together.
